Meet the team

Having been actively involved in carpentry from a young age I have been helping people build their dream homes for over 10 years. I am the Director here at Premier Oak Buildings.

My career in oak timber framing began as an apprentice but soon advanced to workshop manager and gaining a full understanding of the trade.

I feel lucky enough to have found my true passion at an early age and would like to join you in building your legacy that will last for decades and even centuries to come.

I’ve been working for Premier Oak Buildings for just over 2 years and have recently completed my apprenticeship. Prior to this I was working as a site carpenter but prefer the more detailed work required in oak timber framing.

In my spare time I enjoy playing pool and snooker but also have a passion for carp fishing, with my personal best catch weighing in at 18lb.

I enjoy listening to music and my favourite band of the moment is an Icelandic blues band called Kaleo. Steak and chips would be my favourite meal.

My main role at Premier Oak Buildings has been milling logs, however I have a vast amount of experience in general carpentry and bespoke cabinet making and am learning the art of oak timber framing. I am a very practical person and am also an experienced welder.

I love my motorbikes but most of my time is currently taken up restoring a motor home whereby my practical skills and problem solving skills are proving to be invaluable.

You can’t beat a good Sunday roast with a nice leg of lamb, gravy and mint sauce.

The best band I have ever seen has to be Metalica at Wembley in 1990, a concert I’ll never forget.

I am an Oak timber framer with experience in carpentry, timber milling and forestry and am also a fully qualified marine electrician. I have been with Premier Oak Buildings for over a year and really enjoy the challenges placed on me and have found that my previous experience of working with timber have been invaluable.

I enjoy surfing and mountain biking followed by a decent plate of steak and chips.

I have a varied taste in music and my favourite band has to be Toots and the Maytals – well worth a listen.

I have been oak framing for over 23 years and am really enjoying my time with Premier Oak Buildings. I enjoy the camaraderie in the workshop and the team really pulls together when we are on site raising a frame.

In my spare time I enjoy walking and travelling and like to turn my hand to clay sculpting.

I have a love of all food Italian and the best band I have ever seen has to be Prodigy at Glastonbury in 1995.

I am a trainee oak timber framer with Premier Oak Buildings and have over 15 years’ experience in carpentry, and was previously self employed as a museum gallery installer.

I have a love for the outdoors and enjoy coastal walks and mountain hikes. I am in the minority at Premier Oak as I also enjoy football and am an avid Spurs fan.

I love post punk music and really enjoy music from The passions.
